SéHàLy sells Vilgain nutrition products in Lebanon. This page explains, in plain words, what we do with the details you give us on this website and on Instagram (@sehaly_lb).

When you order on this website

We ask for your name, phone number and delivery address (city, street, building and floor). Your email address and delivery notes are optional. We also receive what is in your basket and any promo code you use.

We use these details only to confirm, prepare and deliver your order, and to contact you about it. They are sent to us by email and kept in our order system. Our delivery partner, Wakilni, receives only what it needs to deliver your order.

When you comment on our posts or message us on Instagram

We use Instagram's official tools from Meta to read the comments on our posts and our messages, so we can reply to you and send you anything you asked for, such as a promo code. For that we see your Instagram username, your comment or message, and when you sent it.

We keep a short record of who we have already replied to or sent a code, so that nobody is messaged twice. We do not use your Instagram details for anything else.

In your browser

This website saves your basket and any promo code you applied in your own browser, so they are still there when you come back. This stays on your device. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use analytics tools.

What we never do

• We never sell your details or share them for advertising.
• We never message you about anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep your details

We keep order details for as long as we need them to deliver your order and for as long as accounting rules require us to keep sales records. We keep the record of who received a code until the campaign it belongs to has ended.

See or delete your details

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, message us on Instagram at @sehaly_lb or email sehaly.lb@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days and delete everything we do not have to keep by law.
